A Tired Tubby Tummy

"Who among us hasn't envied a cat's ability to ignore the cares of daily life and to relax completely?" ~ Karen Brademeyer
This is my father's chair; at least it used to be. Dad put a fleece throw over it for protection and moved a cat pad to the seat temporarily, however, it stayed and Willow took over. Oh, he still gets to sit there, sometimes in the evening when she is off to the sunroom; but, if he gets up to get a snack or walk to the bedroom, even for just a minute; there she is jumping up into the seat. There have been days when she occupied the space from morning to night. She has no shame, no decorum like the Siamese. She's a Ragdoll... she flops. I do notice her scrunched toes when she sleeps tummy side up; almost as if she's pointing them, at least trying to look graceful. In the end, comfort rules over appearance, right?

Willow sends her tired tubby tummy to Tummy Tuesday today at Catstuff. (WOW! Try saying that five times fast!)
She will also lounge with the other animals onboard Friday's Ark today and check out the Carnival of the Cats on Sunday. The carnival is hosted this week by Curiouser and Curiouser.
