"In our life there is a single color, as on an artist`s palette,
which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the color of love." ~ Marc Chagall
"A flower without a stem, is beauty waiting to die. A heart without love, is a tear waiting to cry." ~ Octavio PazThis Apios americana or the "Groundnut" is a wild vine growing throughout the Eastern United States. I thought the maroon red heart-shaped flowers were wonderful, just right for Valentine's Day. Red is the color of love triumphant and the rose is considered the official flower of Valentine's Day but these heart-shaped flowers were lovely. You can mix my white roses with these hearts any day. What flowers would you love to have from your Valentine?
