Remember the Mourning Dove eggs seen in the fig tree nest on 7/19/05? I thought the Momma Dove was "riding high" in the nest for the last few days but she would not move, not even with a camera 12 inches away. Earlier today I thought I saw something peeking out from beneath her wing that wasn't a part of the nest or an egg. Tonight she left her nest for a few moments and voila.....THE BABIES HAVE ARRIVED!!!!!!!!
