"He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly.
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;"
~ Clement Clarke Moore, "The Night Before Christmas"
Stewart's Photography brought Santa Claus to town every October for two days to take pictures with the children. The sets were always beautiful rooms with fireplace and a wonderfully tall decorated tree. Sometimes the child would be posing, pretending to look at the tree and Santa would sneak into the room from behind. Buddy would snap the picture with Santa looking in the camera, his finger to his lips in a "shhhh" sign and the child intent on the packages under the tree, completely unaware that Santa was there. Those were precious. Santa always had a big chair; big enough for him and the kids.

This year the set was all done in white and gold. A white leather chair, white tree with clear lights and gold ornamentation. This was a very elegant background so Nyssa dressed up and didn't try anything with her bangs.
