Then he separated the light from the dark, and it was better." ~ UnknownFamous Lindt chocolate, different that what is usually found in the US. Lindt, Excellence, Extra Fine.... 99% Cocoa/Cacao. This is the very darkest of dark chocolate. My brother brought this from Europe at Christmas. This chocolate is allowed on the low carb diets and Mom loves the bitter taste. It definitely is the real thing.
